At K-Mount Treasures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Hence, every purchase you make is backed by a 30 days money back guaranty. If you are not happy with the merchandise for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund minus shipping cost. In case the merchandise is DOA (defective upon arrival), we would expect you to notify us by email or phone (1-303-915-5314) within 3 days of receiving the item. You will need to return the item to us at your expense within 7 days of that notification. If we have the same item in stock we will send you a replacement right away. We make every effort to process a refund for a returned merchandise as soon as possible. Once the merchandise is received, we will verify that the returned item is the same as what we had shipped to you and we will credit your payment service (Paypal or Google Checkout) within 48 hours.
