  1. What shipping methods does K-Mount Treasures use?

    At K-Mount Treasures we can ship your order anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when your begin the checkout process. You may view the shipping amounts before you actually commit to executing your order. We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 days) for domestic (within the US) and Global Express Mail (3-5 days) for international destinations.

    You always pay exact shipping cost when you purchase from K-Mount Treasures. We do not charge any handling fee. Insurance charge is optional during shipping and is encouraged.

  2. How do I get a tracking number for my order?
    The tracking number is automatically emailed to you after the order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can check your order status online and track your order by signing in to your account at My Account page.

  3. Does K-Mount Treasures pay for the return shipping cost for a defective merchandise?

    We make every effort to depict the merchandise honestly and completely. We also try to be honest and upfront about any flaws or areas of uncertainty. However, we are not an expert in every item offered, and we may occasionally make a mistake. If that happens, we will split the return shipping cost with you. If you pay to send the item back to us, please provide us a receipt for the return shipping. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will refund your original purchase price and half of the return shipping cost.

  4. Does K-Mount Treasures deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

    Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and usually take one to two business days to process and, once shipped, five to ten working days to deliver. However, we cannot control delivery time. Some APO/FPO orders may require 6-8 weeks of lead time.

  5. Does K-Mount Treasures ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally as long as you have provided a shipping address that has been verified and confirmed by the payment services like Paypal.

  6. What do I do if the merchandise arrives in damaged condition?

    You should inspect the merchandise when you receive it for any damage. If the package you receive looks like it may have been damaged or has been tampered with, you should refuse the package or mark the courier’s sheet to show this (if you do sign to accept the package). If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace it or refund the price you paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by telephone (1-303-915-5314) or by email within 24hrs (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). We will make a note of the order number when you phone or email and we will try to resolve this ASAP. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 48hrs of receipt.
